About Us

Although Catalyst Building Approvals is a new company, our team has been operating together for many years. Partnership circumstances saw the end of one company and the opportunity for a fresh start, and hence, Catalyst was born. As a team, we have continued to operate out of the same Chermside Office at 2/960 Gympie Road, with Les Kirby as Director and Principal Building Surveyor, and have retained all of our wonderful administration staff.

Donna, Lisa and Janelle have all worked together for over 6 years, are well versed in the building certification process and are always willing to give you any help they can. They are enthusiastic to implement their ideas for improvements to the business and always go to great lengths to facilitate the completion of our building applications. We pride ourselves on our personal approach and take time and effort to welcome and guide those going through the building process for the first time. We enjoy the friendly banter with our regular clients and have great pleasure in meeting new business clients who have been referred to us with positive feedback.
